Very happy with the frame

I am quite pleased. Its easy to use and move the quilt as you work. I LOVE that I can work seated, this is the perfect set up for someone disabled or with a bad back. It was not difficult to assemble, and is rather sturdy.

Loving my Q-Zone

I have had a chance to get my frame assembled and have used with my Juki machine, so far so good. Take your time and practice first. Easy to use, and the value and quality of this frame has reached my expectations for sure.

Never had a frame before

Before I got the hoop frame I had a sit down. The sit down was great but after I broke my arm I couldn’t move around the quilt as easily as before. So, I sold it and bought my hoop frame with the qnique 15r. I could not be happier. I can load my quilt on the frame no problem. Best investment I ever made. Thank you sewingmachinesplus for your help in getting just what I needed.

My first experience

I haven't had much time on the frame yet because of moving and getting set up in a new home. It took some time to get it set up but i am very pleased with the quality and size. Looking forward to getting more acquainted and making more quilts than I could quilting by hand.

Still learning....

I did some practicing first since I am very much a beginner. I have only done 1 quilt so far on my Grace Q-Zone lots of swirls I really like the look and the time it took to finish. Looking forward to a lot more practice. So far I love my machine.

Had to learn the dance

As a new long arm quilter I am still learning my way around this Grace Hoop frame - it has a lot of pieces to coordinate and for each session I have to figure out the best way to set up and then move through the project. I am still tweaking the use of the elastic bands on the back tension bar - I even took the metal hooks off at one point but have put them back. The more I use… read more the frame the more efficient I am getting I really like the lead cloths that came as a bonus.

Nice Frame

Seems to be well made and sturdy. Not too difficult to put together; no missing parts and everything fit. This is my first frame so will need to practice with it a bit. Haven't yet used the frame so can't yet comment on its performance.

I really love it. Though I wish I would have been warned that a domestic machine foot pedal cord is just to short to reach the floor when the frame is at standing height. But other wise great product and service.

New Purchase

I would love to get started using my Grace Hoop Frame, but I did not receive everything I ordered. Attempts to contact Sewing Machines Plus have been unsuccessful. Mistakes made by Sewing Machines Plus and Grace. I contacted Grace and they referred me back to Sewing Machines Plus. Tried E-mail and phone. I’m getting nowhere!

Q Zone Hoop Frame

I just put the frame together last night. All the parts were there, although I was thoroughly disgusted with the condition of the packaging when delivered by FedEx. I would also like to say that there is a YouTube video done by Leah Day showing how to put it together. Believe me, that was a great help. The printed instructions weren't all that helpful.

Great deal for the money!

Having been an owner of a long-arm machine in the past and not having the space for such a large machine now, I am looking forward to be able to finish my quilts in the comfort of my own home, rather than going to rent time on a long-arm machine at a shop. The motion of the carriages is very smooth and the channel locks work excellently.

Q-frame

I have used the frame to finish off a quilt. I found the machine you matters. Once I discovered the ways this can be utilized it became a much better process. I recommend to start with a smaller quilt until you are more familiar with the frame.

Can't wait to use it!

Everything fit together great. I have not had the opportunity to use it yet (that's why a 4 and not a five). It looks like it will work great. I am impressed by the ease of movement of the sewing machine on the platform as compared to fighting with the cloth by hand.
